Born in Lansing and raised in Holt. My background is Mechanical Engineering, but my passion is Real Estate Investing. I’ve been a licensed agent since December of 2020. I work with all Buyers and Sellers alike, but my main clientele are out-of-state investors. I take pride in being the most valuable member of an individual’s team as they navigate through real estate investing, purchasing and selling.

I currently ‘House Hack’ a duplex in the Lansing area (where you live in one unit and rent out the other) and have bought and sold investment properties and vacant land in the past. My goal is to own and manage a decent size portfolio of rental units in the Mid-Michigan area, while also investing into development projects, new build housing and other investor’s projects.

I believe the key to life is to build it the way that YOU want it. Although that will take a lot of hard work and time, I am driven by the vision that I have painted for myself. I truly believe we have an amazing team here at Achieve, where we all share our goals with one another and help where we can in achieving those goals.

When time allows, I love to travel with friends and family, hike, read, complete a house project, try new bars / restaurants, workout and watch the newest movie someone tells me about. There are plenty of real estate agents / teams out there, so make sure you find the right one who works for you!

I am a wife and mother of five, ages 9-17. I homeschool and run the Hormone Department for Dr. David Nebbeling virtually. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelors in Engineering and have an Associates in Marketing from Baker College. I attended Waverly Middle School and graduated from Corunna High School. I have been a resident of Lansing since 1998. I am a real estate investor along with my family and we plan to grow our portfolio with more multi-family buildings in the years to come. I own and manage a 14-unit apartment building in Jackson as well as a 3-unit in Lansing. My goal is to bring beauty to our city by rehabbing and updating existing properties and to provide exceptional homes for others. I am a fantastic landlord by treating our tenants like family, efficiently taking care of problems, and having the patience of a saint. I love to go on adventures, travel, and camp as well as read and work in my flower gardens. My true passion is real estate and I love sharing it with others.

Brandon grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and graduated from Galesburg-Augusta High School. During his time at G-A, he played football and wrestled, earning All-State honors.
 
Brandon is married with 3 children. He has been involved in youth coaching since his oldest daughter was in T Ball, coaching several sports over the years. He is currently the Head Coach of the Bellevue Wrestling Club. Brandon is an outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and other means of connecting with nature. He is always learning and trying new things. From sugaring (maple syrup production) to gardening techniques or even meditation.
